Refunds and cancellation

The first month

The first month of every plan costs one dollar. It is a discount on the full price, shown as such on the invoice, and it is not refunded. It is the way to try Katching with a real card and a real store.

Cancelling

The subscription is monthly, with no commitment. To cancel, write to hello@katching.ai: your store is closed the same day, at your request, and your subscription is not renewed. The month already paid runs to the end of its period and is not refunded pro rata.

You keep the right to a full copy of your data, delivered within five business days of your request.

What Katching refunds

A domain name bought through Katching whose registration fails is refunded automatically, in full. A domain name registered successfully is yours for one year and is not refunded, because the registration cannot be undone. Apart from that, the subscription is not refunded: the month in progress runs to the end of its period.

Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Stripe, within the delay of your bank.

Refunds to your own customers

This policy covers your Katching subscription only. Refunds to the customers of your store are yours to decide and to issue: they follow your own store's policy and are made from your payment account. The Katching engines prepare them and wait for your click; Katching does not decide a refund of your store in your place.
