Hosting The Katching site and the storefronts of the stores are served by Cloudflare (United States). The backend, the database and the cache of each store, and the database of the Katching site, run on Google Cloud (United States).
Names and content The Katching name, its logo and the content of this site belong to Noviantis Inc. The stores built with Katching, their names, their products and their content belong to the merchants who run them.

Terms of Service The agreement between you and Noviantis Inc: what Katching sells, how your store takes payments, what is not allowed, and how either side ends it. Katching Payments Terms The terms of the payment service Katching operates on its processor's rails: fees, reserve, payout delay, disputes, refunds, taxes and account closure.
